ISO 9001 certification



Zeco boasts of an extremely hard-to-please team of quality control specialists. Zeco was one of the first company in Air Management Systems, to have received the ISO 9001 certification

Every Equipment manufactured at Zeco must pass a rigorous quality control program. Raw materials are inspected for defects and inconsistencies. During each step of production the components are reviewed for quality workmanship.

Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Institute

Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) establishes industry standards and certified product performance ARI’s certification programs use technical standards- bases on sound engineering practices to rate the efficiency of HVACR equipments as well as many other product attributes.

This certification includes the process certification besides final product testing it means the selection procedures is also verified for certification program.

The value of certification derives from market place recognition of the ARI performance certified mark, which has been applied on 200 HVAC equipment and components of the ARI performance certified reputation  is an asset in the sale of every manufactured HVACR product  while each product must exist in it’s own competitive market. It provides the favourable and ready recognition of the ARI performance certification mark.This trusted mark stands behind each individual product by providing an assurance of performance to our customer.
 
 
Underwriters Laboratories Inc.

Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) product certification programs accredited by the US Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) , the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Standards Council of Canada ( SCC).

UL operates under it’s own authority as an independent, not-for-profit non governmental organization to establish certification, sample of product submitted by manufacturers for certification are tested and evaluated. If UL decides the product fulfills all applicable requirements, it authorizes the manufacturer to apply a certification mark or issue certificate or notification that product is now certified by UL.

UL certification ensures that product is meeting the international safety requirements. This is a mandatory requirement for exports to Europe/US.
