Coil selection is done through specialized software exclusively developed for us by Unilabs of Italy. Fins are made on new - age machines of orthodox precision.

The state-of-the-art hairpin bender produces hairpin tubes with amazing speed and accuracy. Tubes are mechanically expanded for an optimum heat transfer performance. The staggered tube, corrugated plate fins provide a highly efficient air- flow pattern through the coils.

Of late, ZECO has taken another step closer to becoming a total air management solutions provider. Till now we were controlling the character of air, now we can steer it too. On demands from the industry, Zeco has set up a totally automated plant for factory-fabricated ducting in its sprawling manufacturing facility.
